Response to damage first begins with quick and accurate recording, and Listen2Me has prepared various devices for this purpose.Once the records are ready, we empower the victims through the confidential solidarity function.Users who have completed all preparations can report damage to the person in charge within the organization through the Listen2Me app.
You can report alone, or multiple people can report together.※ Post-reporting procedures are carried out in accordance with Shinhan Financial Groups internal regulations.
